Andaaz never add any extra cost after check out from the order confirmation page.
Is there any return or exchange policy?
Damage product claim acceptable within 2 working days
You need to ship us back the damage part only
After receiving of the damage part, Perfect item will be sent within 7 working days

Returning products after sending
Each product sold through Andaaz site has all the open picture details, please read the details carefully. We do not take returns we only accept exchanges in case of damage.
Pricing and payment
Prices throughout the website are quoted in PKR, and payment can only be accepted in PKR.
While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.
Advance payments are for the international users, after payment receiving order will be dispatched accordingly.
Please see individual product sales pages for information about delivery and shipping charges, where applicable.
For products that require shipping, we will email you as soon as your order has been shipped, and will advise of the shipping method (if any) at that time.
