• Its started from taking order. Satisfying client on real item is the first point for being faultless. We explain each and every thing about our product in front of client by pictures, live pictures, videos and live videos on our different platforms Facebook, Intsa, Youtube.
• After taking order we have a team for inspection and double check. They check each product and each part of our product before dispatch. We take these step to reduce exchange rate and tension of client. For exchange we have proper exchange policies.
• We have a team to deal up with courier services. Before dispatch we double check receiving addresses to make sure that courier services will be able to locate and deliver easily. This team keeps contact between client and courier till successful delivery of the parcel.
